iRAISE will provide comprehensive project management services from concept to commercial production. In this role, we will work with you to ensure that your project complies with standards and is executed as per plan, thereby reducing the risks of liabilities and possible quality issues.
We will ensure that the technical and build contractors are adhering sufficiently to the project specifications, thus ensuring safety and successful commissioning of the project.
As Owner’s Engineer, we will assist in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the project. The services will include manpower planning, financial management, project planning and scheduling, co-ordination, monitoring and reporting of the project progress.
